BRISKET
- Keep Brisket in butcher paper
- Heat for approximately 1.5-2 hours for meats >4lbs (brisket, pulled pork) and 30-60 minutes for meats <4lbs (turkey, pork ribs, hot gut sausage)
- Test internal temp for readiness (we recommend 155 for readiness)

TURKEY
Keep in bag and pan and place in over at 350 degrees for approximately 1hr and 45 minutes in a convection oven or until the internal temperature reaches 155 degrees. Non convection ovens may require an additional hour cook time. Keep bag away from flame or heating element
TURKEY BREAST
Keep in butcher paper and place on baking pan in over at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour in a convection oven, or until the internal temperature reaches 155 degrees. Non convection ovens may require an additional hour cook time.
